• PREMIUM: $1498/month or $15276/year

3.2 Free Quote

Customers can request a free quote for custom video projects via our website by providing their name, email, and project details. Quotes are based on our team’s assessment of the project.

3.3 Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term. Customers can cancel their subscriptions through Stripe. No refunds are provided for previous payments, and chargebacks are not permitted.

3.4 New Subscriber Promotion
New subscribers who enroll in the BASIC or PREMIUM long video plans will receive one additional video edited in the first month of their subscription at no extra charge. This promotion applies only to the BASIC and PREMIUM plans and is not applicable to the SHORTS plan or any videos or projects requested through free quotes. The additional video must adhere to the same guidelines and limitations as outlined in the respective subscription plan.

3.5 Video Rollover Policy

Videos included in each subscription plan do not roll over to the next month for either monthly or yearly subscriptions. Subscribers are allowed to utilize their allocated video editing requests within each month. Any unused video requests will not carry over to the following month.

3.6 Yearly Subscription Option

Customers have the option to subscribe to a yearly plan, where they pay for a full year upfront but receive the same monthly allocation of videos as in the monthly subscription plans. For example, if you subscribe to the BASIC plan, you will pay for the entire year but will still receive 5 long videos each month. As with monthly subscriptions, any unused videos from each month will not roll over to the following month.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

4.2 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Customers may cancel their subscriptions to stop future charges but will not receive a refund for any amounts already paid.

5. Custom Projects

Details for custom projects, including revisions and deadlines, are provided in the quote. Custom projects are not subject to predefined terms.

6. Content and Usage

6.1 Content Ownership

Customers retain ownership of the edited videos. With customer consent, we may use edited videos as examples on our website.

6.2 Usage Rights

Customers may use the edited videos as they please.

6.3 Content Submission

Customers must provide content in the required format for editing. We will use the content to complete the project as requested.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers may be asked to provide footage or media in various formats as necessary for the completion of their project.

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination

We may terminate a customer's subscription or service under the following conditions:

• Violation of Terms: Breach of Terms or policies.
• Illegal Activities: Engagement in unlawful activities.
• Fraudulent Activities: Detection of fraud or payment issues.
• Non-Payment: Failure to make payments or issues with chargebacks.
• Inappropriate Content: Submission or request for offensive content.

8.2 Account Suspension

We may suspend a customer's account under the following conditions:

• Pending Verification: Verification of identity or payment information.
• Policy Violation: Suspected breach of policies.
• Security Concerns: Investigation of security or technical issues.

8.3 Customer Responsibilities

• Notification: Customers will be notified via email if their subscription or account is terminated or suspended.
• Access to Services: Upon termination or suspension, access to services and account data will be lost.
• No Refunds: Termination or suspension does not entitle the customer to a refund.
