Customers can request a free quote for custom video projects via our website by providing their name, email, and project details. Quotes are based on our team’s assessment of the project.
3.3 Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term. Customers can cancel their subscriptions through Stripe. No refunds are provided for previous payments, and chargebacks are not permitted.
3.4 New Subscriber Promotion
New subscribers who enroll in the BASIC or PREMIUM long video plans will receive one additional video edited in the first month of their subscription at no extra charge. This promotion applies only to the BASIC and PREMIUM plans and is not applicable to the SHORTS plan or any videos or projects requested through free quotes. The additional video must adhere to the same guidelines and limitations as outlined in the respective subscription plan.
3.5 Video Rollover Policy
Videos included in each subscription plan do not roll over to the next month for either monthly or yearly subscriptions. Subscribers are allowed to utilize their allocated video editing requests within each month. Any unused video requests will not carry over to the following month.
3.6 Yearly Subscription Option
Customers have the option to subscribe to a yearly plan, where they pay for a full year upfront but receive the same monthly allocation of videos as in the monthly subscription plans. For example, if you subscribe to the BASIC plan, you will pay for the entire year but will still receive 5 long videos each month. As with monthly subscriptions, any unused videos from each month will not roll over to the following month.
4. Payment and Billing

We accept payments via credit card, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.
4.2 Refund Policy
All sales are final. Customers may cancel their subscriptions to stop future charges but will not receive a refund for any amounts already paid.

Customers retain ownership of the edited videos. With customer consent, we may use edited videos as examples on our website.
